If I ever wrote a tag line, under my resume it would have the following two words. "Pixel Perfect" I cut my teeth in GUI coding with HTML, during my college days. After this I got hooked onto Servlets and then later on, to JSP. But my favorite GUI toolkit is and will always be Swing. It has been a 5 year love affair with Swing, and I still love every minute of coding, that I get to do with this toolkit. Ruby on Rails, PHP, Python you name it, I have tried all, but I don't know why, but I keep going back to IntelliJ whenever somebody asks me to write some code. However, it's very very difficult to write and develop simple APIs and frameworks, which is why I actually admire Ruby on Rails,so much. I believe there is "great beauty in simpicity" and therefore I am very excited at the prospect of writing in JRuby and having a chance to develop my own DSL using JRuby, someday...
